Prepare Ingredients
- Slice Gruyère and cheddar. Soften goat cheese.
- Peel, pit, and slice the avocado.
- Lay out bread slices on a cutting board.
Assemble Sandwiches
- Spread goat cheese evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with Gruyère and cheddar.
- Layer avocado slices over the cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
