- Hull and slice the fresh strawberries.
- Tear the basil leaves into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, stir the torn basil into the Greek yogurt. Let sit for 2 minutes to release the basil's aromatics.
- Spoon basil yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass. Add a layer of sliced strawberries. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon granola on top.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with strawberries on top. Drizzle with honey and serve.

Substitutions: Swap basil for fresh mint or tarragon for different herbal notes. Use raspberries or blackberries in place of strawberries.
Storage: Store covered in the fridge for up to 1 day. Strawberries will soften and release juice, which tints the yogurt beautifully.
