  • ½ cup Greek yogurt nonfat or low-fat
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 3 fresh basil leaves torn into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon gluten-free granola
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Hull and slice the fresh strawberries.
  2. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, stir the torn basil into the Greek yogurt. Let sit for 2 minutes to release the basil's aromatics.
  4. Spoon basil yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass. Add a layer of sliced strawberries. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon granola on top.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with strawberries on top. Drizzle with honey and serve.

Notes

Substitutions: Swap basil for fresh mint or tarragon for different herbal notes. Use raspberries or blackberries in place of strawberries.
