- Reserve 1/2 cup diced peaches for mix-ins
- Puree remaining peaches until smooth (chunky is fine if you like texture)
- Whisk Greek yogurt with honey, cream, both extracts, and spices
- Fold in peach puree until well combined
- Churn in ice cream maker for 20-25 minutes
- Add reserved peach chunks in last 5 minutes of churning
- Transfer to container and freeze for 3-4 hours
- Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh peach slices

Notes
Frozen peaches work too – just thaw and drain first. For a "cobbler" version, mix in crushed graham crackers when serving
