Juicy summer peaches meet creamy Greek yogurt in this dreamy frozen treat that tastes like pie filling but better.

Ingredients
  

  • cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced (about 3 large peaches)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Equipment

  • ice cream maker
  • Bowl
  • Knife
  • Blender or food processor
  • freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup diced peaches for mix-ins
  2. Puree remaining peaches until smooth (chunky is fine if you like texture)
  3. Whisk Greek yogurt with honey, cream, both extracts, and spices
  4. Fold in peach puree until well combined
  5. Churn in ice cream maker for 20-25 minutes
  6. Add reserved peach chunks in last 5 minutes of churning
  7. Transfer to container and freeze for 3-4 hours
  8. Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh peach slices

Notes

Frozen peaches work too – just thaw and drain first. For a "cobbler" version, mix in crushed graham crackers when serving
