- Warm falafel according to package directions, cool slightly
- Cut pita bread into 6 triangular pieces
- Slice cucumber into rounds
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes
- Remove pits from dates if not already pitted
- Arrange falafel in one compartment
- Pack hummus and tahini in small dipping containers
- Place pita triangles, tomatoes, cucumber, and dates in separate sections
- Sprinkle za'atar over hummus before serving
