Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt nonfat or low-fat
  • ½ cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

  1. Wash and dry the berries. Slice strawberries if using.
  2. Spoon ¼ cup Greek yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass or jar. Add half the berries on top.
  3. Add another ¼ cup Greek yogurt, then top with the remaining berries.
  4. Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over the top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes
