  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 carrotts, cut in strips
  • 1 cucumber
