Les retirer soigneusement donne un bouillon clair et app\u00e9tissant plut\u00f4t que trouble, sans rien ajouter \u00e0 la recette.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un plat d\u00e9j\u00e0 naturellement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 :<\/strong> du b\u0153uf bouilli, une pleine cocotte de l\u00e9gumes, aucune mati\u00e8re grasse ajout\u00e9e. Le pot-au-feu tient sa r\u00e9putation de plat sain sans jamais chercher \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00eatre, c&#8217;est simplement sa nature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deux services pour un seul plat :<\/strong> le bouillon se d\u00e9guste d&#8217;abord, en entr\u00e9e, avec des cro\u00fbtons ou un peu de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9. La viande et les l\u00e9gumes suivent en plat principal, avec de la moutarde et des cornichons.
