La farce et la sauce restent identiques dans les deux cas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un remplacement qui ne change rien \u00e0 la technique :<\/strong> la version c\u00e9to remplace le riz traditionnel par la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de semoule de chou-fleur, si bien que le fa\u00e7onnage, le temps de cuisson et la sauce restent inchang\u00e9s, seuls les glucides diminuent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une sauce \u00e0 double usage :<\/strong> la sauce tomate acidul\u00e9e se retrouve sous, entre et sur les rouleaux, elle mijote dans la farce tout en nappant le chou.
