Celle-ci n&#8217;a besoin ni de l&#8217;un ni de l&#8217;autre, car la courgette mix\u00e9e est naturellement cr\u00e9meuse. C&#8217;est ce seul choix qui la fait passer d&#8217;environ 20 g de glucides nets par portion \u00e0 seulement 6 g.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La courgette, une alli\u00e9e pauvre en glucides :<\/strong> elle n&#8217;apporte qu&#8217;environ 3 g de glucides nets pour 100 g, avec des fibres, du potassium et de la vitamine C.
