Cette version offre tout le plaisir du chocolat pour une fraction des glucides, id\u00e9ale pour se faire plaisir sans faire grimper la glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La double dose de chocolat :<\/strong> le cacao non sucr\u00e9 apporte une saveur profonde avec tr\u00e8s peu de glucides (environ 1 g de glucides nets par cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe). Les p\u00e9pites de chocolat sans sucre ajoutent des poches de fondant sucr\u00e9 sans pic de glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des fibres apport\u00e9es par le cacao :<\/strong> le cacao en poudre est naturellement riche en fibres, et une bonne part des 2 g par portion vient de cet ingr\u00e9dient. Ces fibres ralentissent la digestion et aident \u00e0 garder une glyc\u00e9mie stable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riche en prot\u00e9ines :<\/strong> entre la poudre d&#8217;amande, les \u0153ufs et le cacao, chaque muffin apporte 6 g de prot\u00e9ines.
