La Granny Smith garde aussi sa tenue \u00e0 la cuisson, pour de vrais morceaux dans chaque part.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La m\u00e9thode tout-en-un :<\/strong> m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs, puis incorporer les liquides et les pommes sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te limite le gluten.
