C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;astuce qui change tout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le thermom\u00e8tre garantit le moelleux :<\/strong> on retire le poulet pile \u00e0 74 \u00b0C \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Pas de viande s\u00e8che, pas de devinette : c&rsquo;est la cuisson pr\u00e9cise qui s\u00e9pare une cuisse juteuse d&rsquo;une cuisse caoutchouteuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une marinade express qui parfume :<\/strong> 30 minutes suffisent pour que l&rsquo;huile, le sel et les \u00e9pices impr\u00e8gnent la viande. Plus longtemps, c&rsquo;est encore mieux, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e9g\u00e8re et riche en prot\u00e9ines :<\/strong> une cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;huile, presque pas de glucides, et beaucoup de prot\u00e9ines.
