Cette recette capture le go\u00fbt et la texture, avec une touche plus saine : la farine d&#8217;avoine remplace la farine blanche, pour plus de prot\u00e9ines et de fibres dans chaque muffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces muffins ne sont pas seulement d\u00e9licieux, ils r\u00e9veillent les souvenirs des repas chez Eaton, en particulier le restaurant du 9e \u00e9tage au centre-ville de Montr\u00e9al.
