Comme cela fait des ann\u00e9es que je n&rsquo;ai pas go\u00fbt\u00e9 les originaux, ceux-ci satisfont amplement mes envies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces muffins sont non seulement d\u00e9licieux, mais ils te rappellent des souvenirs de repas dans l&rsquo;un des restaurants Eaton, en particulier l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement situ\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/forlunch.pro\/eatons-montreal-ninth-floor\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/forlunch.pro\/eatons-montreal-ninth-floor\/\" data-schema-attribute=\"mentions\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">9e \u00e9tage<\/a> dans le centre-ville de Montr\u00e9al. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 la farine ordinaire par de la farine d&rsquo;avoine pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 mes pr\u00e9occupations en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Tu peux utiliser indiff\u00e9remment de la farine \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, de la farine \u00e0 g\u00e2teau ou de la farine de bl\u00e9 entier et faire d&rsquo;autres ajustements qui te conviennent. Pourtant, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ajouter du beurre \u00e0 la p\u00e2te, ce qui r\u00e9duit ou \u00e9limine (rarement) l&rsquo;enrobage de beurre.
