Son pudding aux fruits \u00e0 la vapeur a failli dispara\u00eetre avec lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la chroniqueuse culinaire Johanna Burkhard et \u00e0 une coupure de journal de 1994, vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer le pudding aux fruits \u00e0 la vapeur exact qui a accompagn\u00e9 les tables canadiennes de l&#8217;Action de gr\u00e2ce jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la f\u00eate des M\u00e8res. Apr\u00e8s 30 ans de tests et de perfectionnement par des cuisiniers amateurs, cette recette est aussi proche que possible de l&#8217;originale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vais \u00eatre honn\u00eate. Une seule bouch\u00e9e de ce g\u00e2teau chaud, incroyablement moelleux, noy\u00e9 dans la sauce \u00e0 la vanille, et j&#8217;ai compris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a, c&#8217;est devenu notre incontournable, juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du pudding au riz auquel nous ne renoncions jamais. Au d\u00e9but, Murray&#8217;s r\u00e9servait le pudding aux fruits \u00e0 la vapeur pour la saison froide, o\u00f9 il apparaissait sur ces petites cartes de desserts de table \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion de l&#8217;Action de gr\u00e2ce, pour dispara\u00eetre au printemps.
